Well, that did not translate too well! Honestly, I have been playing this Sunday afternoon game for 16 years now. We have had hot-shot kids come and go, but the point of it is to keep a core group of friends together. Even if all we have in common is a love for the game. Yankees fans play on the same team as Red Sox fans. Women kick male ass from time to time. It is well worth driving 100 miles to be on that field. My smile never stopped, even though I was on the slaughtered side of things. I did have a two run home-run. Not bad for playing on no food since 0830.
